Judge in 9-11/Moussaoui says 'fuck it - we ain't foolin anybody anways'. Nobody thought this dude could get a fair trial anyways, but rarely does the Judge in the case so openly display utter contempt for the rule of law in such a public trial. Well, at least this one is a public trial - not something the Bushies are known for.
