Yes, they did it again. I think it's pretty safe to assume she was black. But it's safer to assume that if you lead San Francisco or California cops on a chase, you're as good as dead, so you might as well go for broke:
She said the driver 'threw the door open and tried to get out of the car. That's when I heard gunshots.'
Villalta said she did not believe the driver rammed the police vehicles.
'They didn't give her a chance,' Villalta said. 'They just shot her.'
Villalta said that when she tried to talk to police, she wasn't allowed near the shooting scene.
She described what she saw and heard to reporters who gathered at the shooting site Thursday evening for a protest by relatives of three men who have been killed by San Francisco police in recent years.
