Legalize It

Daily Kos poster thebluenomad tells of the Former Seattle Police Chief's op-ed in the Seattle Times.

This issue of 'declaring defeat and getting out' of the War on Drugs touches on so many different topics. I don't think it's possible, really, to overestimate the importance of legalizing drugs. Whether we do it or not, it's time to open back up the debate.

The Green Party should take the lead on this.
