CIA Director Tenet just quit, Bush either already has or is about to lawyer-up, and these events, some would argue, indicate that 'the other shoe has (finally) dropped'. Us liberal folk have been waiting for the that other shoe to drop for quite a while - now the phrase is all over the liberal blogosphere.
