Wetback

Laughing Squid pointed us to a showing of Wetback at Velo Rouge Cafe (which was packed to standing room only).

Definitely a must-see film, especially if you're like me - someone who generally wants to uphold/enforce border laws. This is the kind of film that turns black-and-white issues into something a lot more difficult to comprehend, yet greatly adds to our understanding of the issue of immigration.

Aside from the politics, it's a damn interesting, enlightening, and compelling film.
