This shit is why I love San Francisco.
UPDATE: Fuckin freaks. I love this town. Saw like hundreds of drunk 'dogs' barking and slammin bottle by the bottle in SOMA - and then saw them struggling up the massive hill that is Powell. I swear - there were like people just caught up in it all - business suits, casual attire - whatever - people just started running and barking and whatever. It was like Forrest Gump, San Francisco. Totally cool.
